Credit card debts can be restructured for 60 months: New regulation from the BRSA

BRSA introduced the possibility to restructure individual credit card debts for up to 60 months. The maximum interest rate was determined as 3.11%. With the latest regulation of the BRSA, the minimum payment rate of the term debt of credit cards was increased from 20% to 40%. While the minimum payment rate for debts under 50 thousand liras is 20%, this rate will be 40% for debts over 50 thousand liras.
