With the decision, Seddar Yavuz was appointed as Governor of Malatya, İlhami Aktaş was appointed as Governor of Kocaeli, Ömer Toraman was appointed as Governor of Çanakkale and Numan Hatipoğlu was appointed as Governor of Elazığ.
