The cause of Narin's death has been determined

Forensic Medicine in Istanbul determined that the little girl was ‘strangled to death’. The liquid that came out of Narin's mouth during the strangulation contaminated uncle Salim Güran's hand and from there the steering wheel and seat of the car.

 

Erdoğan: There is no debate on the first 4 articles of the Constitution from our point of view

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, regarding the debate that started with Hüda Par Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu's demand for the abolition of the 4th article of the constitution, said: ‘We think that maximalist discourses will hinder the constitutional debates instead of contributing to them. I underline it again; there is no discussion on our side regarding the first 4 articles of the constitution. Especially the People's Alliance does not have such a problem, such a problem. The stance, attitude and approach of our party on this issue is very clear.’

 

Central Bank announced the interest rate decision!

The Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) convened under the chairmanship of Central Bank Governor Yaşar Fatih Karahan.
The Board decided to keep the policy rate, the one-week repo auction interest rate, unchanged at 50 per cent.
