ERDOĞAN-BIDEN MEETING

A meeting between President Erdogan and US President Biden at the NATO summit that will take place on June 14th was confirmed when the official statement was made by the White House. Before this meeting takes place, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu announced that they would send back the Russian military experts related to the S400s that are currently in Turkey.
Meanwhile, the starch-based sugar (NSB) quota was increased by 100 percent.
The opposition interprets both developments before the meeting as concessions to the United States.
 

FOREIGN CURRENCY
In the last year, the lira's value depreciation against the dollar has reached 30 percent and 40 percent against the Euro. Dollar continues to gain value against Euro and TL.
 

STRUGGLE IN TOURISM CONTINUES
The EU has announced that it will continue travel restrictions until 1st of July, keeping Turkey in the list of risky countries. The UK did not remove Turkey from the "red list" either. Russia has extended travel restrictions until June 21st.

The economic losses caused by the bad results in the last year's foreign visitor chart continues to get worse this year.

In the 8-party coalition, which has been signed into a protocol in a way that has never been seen in any country until today, Zionist, Palestinian Muslim Arab, Orthodox Jewish, liberal, centre-right, left socialist and social democratic lines, and their leaders decided to form a government together. which would have been impossible for the parties and their leaders to come together under ordinary conditions,

Yair, the leader of the Yesh Atid (Future) Party, agreed with Naftali Benet, the leader of the radical religious Zionist Party, for the "revolving prime ministership" for 2 years. The resulting 8-party coalition has 62 seats in the Knesset. The coalition, which was met with great enthusiasm because it represents almost all segments of Israel and all colors and sides of contemporary society, is described as the "Government of Change".
